The program complex «Agro» was developed specifically for agricultural enterprises. It contains some branch-specific solutions. Today the system is able to cover larger spectrum of different production and trade tasks. «Agro» is a system of integrated financial and economic production accounting. The main purpose of the program is automation and monitoring of enterprise business processes.

Math model was developed with the purpose of source information optimization and more exact economic processes' description. The model makes the system more flexible and expandable. More exact production price calculations are possible thanks to this incorporated method of cost drivers. Report module allows to edit interface and logic of reports without intervention in the system kernel. The program is created on the basis of «client-server» principle. If an enterprise consists of several territorially sparse production departments, there is a possibility of creating local servers with further data replication among them. Information protection from illegal access is possible thanks to the authentication mechanism.

     This program package provides a possibility to automate the following business processes:

1. Tangible asset transactions (purchases, sales, depreciation, transfers, storage, processing);

2. Fixed asset leasing and rent;

3. Various operations and services’ rendering;

4. Cash flows;

5. Equipment usage and transfers;

6. Freight and conveyance services;

7. Human resource accounting and control;

8. Salary accounting;

9. Other agriculture-specific processes.

Report module allows to receive any necessary information, to create new reports easily without any changes to the system’s core. Solutions for monitoring and control of all the processes mentioned above, for obtaining detailed and aggregated cost information as well as statistics, investment effectiveness analysis and price cost calculations, have been developed by now. Complete integration with MS Excel is supported. MS Excel is used to edit the design of reports, thus providing all kinds of formatting possibilities. The resulting report can be exported to MS Excel for further formatting or printing.

Reference system allows you to set the program according to specific production. A user can create the database of material assets (production, goods, fixed assets, work and services, personnel, enterprises etc.) by himself. A user can also create enterprise infrastructure that has a hierarchy. This provides a possibility to describe almost any enterprise structure, consisting of any number of departments, sections, production units, workshops, warehouses etc. Accounting can be carried out for all or separate elements of the infrastructure. It is possible to combine data within references into groups. This allows, for example, to analyze and summarize figures within groups of products, to analyze the effectiveness of various services, and to use a certain final product or the whole industry for cost accounting.

User authentication consists of two stages: login and password verification first, and role verification second. It is only after the first stage pass, that the program connects to database. User’s role is set by the administrator and consists of allowed or not allowed program functions. Such an approach protects from unauthorized edition and allows to hide information that is not unnecessary for the user.
