I was strangled and beaten by a Sacramento police officer while the whole Sacramento Sheriff & Jail did nothing but join in.

I am sharing this story because it was a very shocking incident in my life. This web site was created from a single posting on alt.law.enforcement and just grew due to all the attention.

This DID happen a long time ago but the problem still hasn't gone away... The brutality still continues in Sacramento, as well as the world.

I am posting this story in protest of corrupt law enforcement officers and government officials. I am Not looking for money ... it's too late.
